Grooming questions, answered

How often should my dog be groomed?
It depends on the breed and coat, but most dogs do well with a full groom every 6–8 weeks, with a bath & tidy in between. We’re happy to suggest a routine for your particular dog when you visit.
My pet gets nervous — can you still groom them?
Absolutely. We work one pet at a time in a calm, cage-free studio and never rush. For very anxious pets, our mobile service in familiar surroundings can help. Just tell us beforehand so we can take extra care.
Do you groom cats?
We do — by appointment. Cats need a gentle, patient approach and we’re set up for it, including de-matting and a calm bath and brush-out for those that will tolerate it.
Do I need to book, or can I just turn up?
Full grooms and cat grooms are by appointment so we can give your pet our full attention. Nail clipping you can pop in for any time during opening hours — no booking needed.

Not sure what your pet needs?

Tell us the breed and when they were last done — we'll suggest the right groom.
